How does this compare/relate to things like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Source_Code_in_Database ?

Source-code can be stored in a database of course. But I think this is about having source-code express the data. In a sense SQL does that already with its data-definition language subset. Or maybe I misunderstood?
