Sorry if I'm being presumptuous, but I hate it when founders say with Salesforce in particular we felt that we would have an opportunity to make a larger impact than what we might be able to have done independently instead of IM RICH BIOTCH!!!
agreed. whenever I see that, I always sort of mentally pipe it to /dev/nul. it's become like boilerplate. it's unfortunate people can't say what they really think. reminds me of the whole "press release" paradigm, where, no matter what has happened, it's always spun as a Good Thing, regardless of whether it actually is or will be, or not.
