And not just any part of Toronto - High Park. They were pretty well off to start with going with that as the base.
Good for them on using their money to fund a great learning/growing experience for their kids.

I lived two streets down from there. High Park has both very posh houses and not-so-posh (as in: derelict) ones, it's very much a mixed bag there, especially on the North-East side.
